If you feel that the services you received did not meet your expectations or health goals, please reach out to us within 14 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues or make adjustments to your plan as needed.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

3. Refunds for Products For any products purchased through Living Healthy Again, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the product is defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund based on your preference.

4. Non-Refundable Fees Please note that any administrative fees or consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer Results may vary based on individual circumstances and health conditions. Living Healthy Again does not guarantee specific outcomes from services or products, and we encourage clients to work closely with their healthcare providers to monitor progress.

3. Exceptions:
In the rare case that there is an error with your order or you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or exchange. We will do our best to address any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
